Regarding Hosting and Domain Name Registration:

Thank you for your decision to host with us! Below are details about our easy payment procedure.

Once you have made an initial hosting subscription payment, your credit card is saved to an encoded secured Paypal system, (Your credit card information is not visible to us). This is set up as an automatic payment system, so that once you have subscribed your monthly hosting fees (and yearly domain fees if applicable) will be automatically paid.

(Hosting payments will be applied on the same date each month until you give us notice via e-mail that you wish to terminate service)

If hosting billing fails, Paypal will try again before notifying us. . Hosting bills remaining unpaid for 4 weeks will result in suspension of your account, with a reinitiation fee of 20.00. Paypal will contract you when your card is about to expire and request that you update your information with them. Please remember to do so to avoid extra charges for missed payments.

Regarding Our Web Designing Payment System and Deposit

Thank you for your decision to use our web designing services! Below are details about our accounting procedures.

We require a minimum deposit of 150.00 when work is begun on your project. It is our goal to give you the website that truly represents you and the energy of your artist talents, and we work closely with you to achieve the look and feel that you want. This deposit is non-refundable and covers our initial work with you getting a feel for your design ideas, colors, fonts, etc. Once we've agreed upon a style, our initial first 3 hours are included in the deposit fee. Beyond 3 hours our work is full price per hour.

To ease any potential burden of webdesigning costs, we work on a pay-as-you-go system. Payment is due when your balance reaches $100.00 - 150.00. Work on your webpage is reciprocal with payments - therefore work will cease until balances are paid in full. If balances remain unpaid, pages may be removed until restitution is made. (We'll make every effort to let you know in advance if this is the case.)
